What Happens After You Send a DMCA Notice

Once we receive your notice, our team will review it. If your claim is valid, we will remove or disable access to the reported content. We may contact the uploader to notify them of the removal. If the uploader believes the removal is a mistake, they can send us a counter-notice.

Counter-Notice (If You Believe Your Content Was Removed by Mistake)

If you are a creator on our platform and you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same email. You must include your contact information, the link of the removed content, and a short explanation of why you believe the content does not violate copyrights.

We will review both sides and decide fairly based on the information provided.

Repeat Violations

We do not allow users who repeatedly upload stolen content. Accounts that repeatedly break copyright rules may be suspended or permanently removed from the platform.

Good Faith

We ask all users to act honestly. False claims, fake DMCA requests, or abuse of this process may result in account restrictions or other actions.
